Foundation is formulated to heal damaged porous asphalt, vinyl composition, linoleum, and rubber tile floors and to provide a suitable base for application of all emulsion waxes and floor finishes. Foundation is also very successful as a sealer/finish for terrazzo, magnesite, marble, ceramic tile, and other stone surfaces. This acrylic polymer emulsion eliminates bleeding and chalking of resilient and composition floors, is unaffected by moderate pH cleaners, and can be readily removed by the right concentration of any of Perma's high quality finish strippers.
