40% Penetrating Wood Sanding Sealer

This sealer is a heavy duty, penetrating, oil-modified urethane supplemented with alkyd resins, bodied vegetable oils and volatile solvents, intended for use as an initial coat to seal and bond new or sanded wood floors. This sealer penetrates deep into pores forming an integral bond with the floor surface, and creating a durable, water- and dirt-resistant surface which is light in color. This sealer also produces excellent results when used on cork tile, standing wood trim, furniture, masonite, and architectural surfaces.
